How to register with "Der Stickbaer"?
Registering with the Stickbaer is easy. Simply select "My Account" from the top right menu and follow the "new customer" path. Registering is needed for buying here. In addition we have your contact details in case you need a contact back. Our Stickbär News is send 3-4 times a month and informs about the freebies and new designs. Not to forget that we ask you for the prefered file format.
What payment options are available?
First of all you can pay through PayPal. Please select the PayPal option during the checkout and you will put to the secure PayPal Web site whate you can pay using your account. Payments will be made to "tatjana@stick-baer.de". Another option for European customers is the EU bank transfer.
What file formats are available?
Nearly all formats are available. The designs are created in the Artista format (ART) and from there converted into all customer formats and many industrial formats. In case you are not sure - please send a mail.
How will I receive my designs?
Usually within one day (depends on payment and if the file format is known and available) you will receive an email from tatjana@stickbaer.de. This contains the files for your machine as zip package. All you have to do is to unpack (with e.g. WinZip) and copy to diskette or USB stick.
The colors are looking different?
Caused by the file format convertion and the type of software you are using it may happen the the colors are looking different from the shop image. Don't worry. Each zip package contains an image folder where you can look-up the original image and yarn color.
