These 3 applique embroidery files of the  "Little Village Quilt BOM Collection" are part 2 of a series of 12 in total. 

BOM means „Block of the Month“. Every month we offer you another 3 suiting applique embroidery motifs. Each single applique of the 3 matches the 13x18 hoop size.

Place the 3 motifs on a square piece of fabric. Follow the instruction and add a double sashing strip on all four sides of the block so you will get a square block of 40x40cm.

From these 12 blocks you can complete after a year a beautiful quilt with coordinated seasonally different embroidery designs.

With this BOM-2 collection you get another 3 detailed appliques.

For the real sizes and a lot of samples for Little Village Quilt Applique by our testers can be found here.

During the coming months you only purchase the new BOM applique files. The sewing instruction applies for all blocks.

Together with the last block you can also get an additional instruction about how to assemble the
individual blocks and how to complete the Quilt.

The instruction is contained in English and German languages.

Hoop Size 5x7", 6x10" and 7x12" (or 8x11") You can embroider a lovely bag for sewing accessories quickly and easily with this embroidery file.  It has a small padded pin cushion and a closable scissor pocket and also small pockets for sewing thread, buttons and ribbons.  The sewing case is available in 3 sizes, 13x18, 16x26 and 18x30 or 20x28 (both Hoop Sizes fit here!). The large case has 2 pincushions and 3 pockets, the sewing cases for the 13x18 and 16x26 hoop each have a pincushion and 2 pockets. Everything is worked exclusively in the embroidery machine. Apart from closing a small turning opening and sewing on the button, absolutely no additional work is necessary. It looks very pretty when you iron a "Shabby Handmade Label" onto the front. Bunny Hoop size  5x7", Dress and Jacket 6x10" With this embroidery file you can embroider and sew a cute 28 cm (11") bunny (measured without ears) including a pretty jacket and reversible dress.  All the tedious fiddling like copying and transferring the paper cut and sewing the mini parts is no longer necessary with this file, because the embroidery machine does all of this for you. In the case of the Bunny, the individual parts are then joined together with hand stitches after filling with fiberfill. Of course, all of these steps are explained in detail in the 17-page instructions. The dress is made of soft 1mm thick wool felt, lined with cotton and embroidered with tiny flowers. All you have to do is to close a turning opening and fasten the straps with mini buttons or a few stitches. The dress is fully lined and can be worn from both sides. The wool felt jacket is also fully lined and embroidered with small flowers that look like they would grow out of the two patch pockets. Only the side seams are closed with the sewing machine and a button is sewn on. The bunny is always openwork, which means that the edges protrude a few millimetres. I have used wool felt here, which gives the rabbit an even cozier look. But regular fabric or plush would work just as well. In the hoop size 5x7" you get 4 different embroidery designs, from the first 3 designs you can assemble the whole meadow, one after the other.
