Do you know an egg chicken. No, not a chicken egg, an egg chicken!
This is a chicken sitting on eggs. OK, this is usual behaviour of a hen since this is part of his job: breeding.
Our chicken is sitting on eggs as well. but not for breeding but to keep them warm for breakfast.
Nevertheless it is not an ordinary egg cosy since it is hiding up to 6 eggs underneath itself depending on the hoop size you are chosing. Means 6 eggs for the 20x30cm hoop, ...
... the hen for the 18x30cm hoops keeps your 4-5 eggs ...
... and the smallest one is for the 16x26cm hoop and hides 3-4 eggs.
Is your family with you for an Easter brunch? Then get them all as our chicken family.
When Easter is over the chicken are wonderfull decoration for every country style kitchen for the rest of the year.

BTW, Easter "Applees" stands for the German short word for appliques. In German it is a bulky word: Applikation.
