Embroidery files

You may embroider with embroidery designs purchased from us

- embroider a maximum of 50 pieces per motif and sell these pieces or
- produce and sell a maximum of 50 buttons/patches per design or
- make and sell a maximum of 50 hoop objects per motif.

The increase of the maximum number of embroidered parts and/or patches to be sold from 10 to 50 is valid from 21.07.2011 and includes all embroidery files previously purchased by you, even if the terms of use enclosed with the older embroidery files still contain the old regulation.

Ebooks

You may make a maximum of 50 bags, purses and other items for sale created according to our ebooks.

When selling the embroidered items or sewn unique pieces on a website, the address of our site www.stickbaer.de must be clearly noted in the respective product description.

You may not

- resell the embroidery design files/books, even partially
- exchange, pass on or distribute the embroidery design files/books
- modify individual embroidery designs/books and pass them off as your own embroidery designs/books.

The content of the site www.stickbaer.de (e.g. texts, images, graphics) may not be copied, distributed, modified or made available to third parties for commercial purposes.

All embroidery designs have been digitized by us. We own the sole, full rights to all embroidery files.
