Butterfly Garden

This embroidery file lets you create beautiful three-dimensional butterflies and dragonflies.
The finished insects can be used in many different ways: strung on a piece of string, they make a summer garland; placed individually in flower pots, they are an eye-catcher. You can glue them on door wreaths or hang them on windows.
They also look very nice as decorations on small baskets.
Embroidering the pretty dragonflies and butterflies is quick and easy. All the individual parts are embroidered completely by the embroidery machine and then you put them together exactly according to our instructions. The easiest way to do this is with hot glue or textile glue.
Of course, you can also connect the individual parts with a few hand stitches.
The embroidery file is available in two sizes. You can choose one hoop size or a set of both sizes.
You can embroider four different animals per hoop size:
- Dragonfly with two wings
- Butterfly with single-coloured wings
- Side view of butterfly
- Butterfly with two-coloured wings
What you need:
- Various cotton fabrics
- volume fleece, approx. 0.5 to 1 cm thick
- embroidery thread
- embroidery fleece to cut
- flexible wire for the antennae
- textile glue or hot glue
- PRYM turning tool for very small parts, such as tummies wings of the dragonfly (without the turning tool, turning the narrow tummies is very difficult!)
